Start by selecting which SKUs are eligible, setting coverage radius, and defining safety rules. Publish a Host profile template with photos, availability, and house guidelines. Invite customers to apply, verify them, and cap the number of Hosts per area. Choose incentives (store credit, points, or cash), upload training materials, set liability terms, and turn on secure messaging. Connect your catalog, inventory, and order systems so demos, holds, and purchases stay in sync.

On the shopper side, add a “See it near you” button to the product page or cart. A visitor enters a postal code, gets matched to a nearby Host, and requests a time. Built-in chat handles scheduling, directions, and simple screening questions. On the day, the Host checks in the visitor with a QR code, gives a quick walkthrough, and shares a purchase link or scannable code tied to that session.
